Our leadership and youth entrepreneur program help young people discover their
strengths, develop it, convert it into entrepreneurial skills, and show them how to own and operate their own business using those strengths.
This will generate a lifetime of wealth for their family, improve their community, and generate jobs and opportunities for others.
There is ongoing mentoring and when
they complete the Young Adult's program, they go on to become mentors of those in the Junior program.
